Departures Hill Hill to leave ad agency group Nancy Hill, CEO of $21M-revenue 4A's (American Association of Advertising Agencies) in New York City, will step down in June next year, after nine years at the helm, the group announced. The 4A's statement credited her for modernizing operations, providing guidance to the advertising agency community on "transformative issues" such as patent trolling and online privacy, and advocating for gender and diversity initiatives in the industry.
